Follow the A30 and take the B3275 exit at Fraddon.
At the roundabout take the 1st main exit following the B3275..
At the junction of the B3275 and the A3058 take the second exit following the B3275.
At the T Junction with the A390 turn left and follow the road which is sign posted St. Austel.
Approximatley 1.4 miles along you turn right down the A3078 sign posted St. Mawes.
Follow the A3078 over the bridge and straight ion towards St. Mawes.
Immediately after the Esso Petrol station on the left take the left turning sign posted Veryan.
Continue along the road, passing through the first two round houses as you enter Veryan village. Just past the village hall, take the first left and the New Inn is immediately opposite.
