ON SITE SUPPORT

We offer either a pay as you go service at just £25 per hour for an on site engineer, or a Service Level Agreement at just £50 per term which includes the cost of the first hour onsite visit per term.  SLA customers are also eligible for a free loan admin PC while theirs is being serviced or repaired and of course they get priority response.  For full details of the SLA you can download it in PDF format here slainfo.pdf or contact us and we will gladly put a copy in the post for you.
